Обязанности:
Обеспечение безопасности и предоставление сервисных услуг на борту воздушного судна
Условия:
Бесплатное обучение на бортпроводника Airbus 320
Полеты на внутренних воздушных линиях , преимущественно дневные рейсы
Ненормированный рабочий день, гибкий сменный график и возможность планирования выходных дней

Менеджер по управлению агентской сетью
Responsibilities:
Manage travel trade for a Low Cost Airline in Russia.
Create new business for the airline through agents network.
Deliver sales revenue and cost of sales targets through using best sales techniques and implementing new technologies and business models. Manage over 150 trade accounts in Moscow and in Avianova regional destinations through sales calls, seminars, newsletters, fam trips, training, and other tools
Drive new technologies and business models in travel agent
Own the relationship with the key corporate clients and travel agencies
Perform group-desk functions. Create, grow and retain group business for Avianova through efficient sales and implementation of the new business models
Increase market share of Avianova though effective field sales and group sales
Achieve the revenue and cost of sales target
Use of marketing initiatives & tools to deliver revenue targets.
Represent face of the company with travel agency channel in most professional manner.
Wide business understanding with excellent control of the business, call planning and reporting.
Requirements:
Experience in the sales management position in the airline or travel management company sales department
Experience in managing large teams or outsourcing relationship with companies
General commercial understanding of the opportunities in the growing Russian market or in the other emerging markets
Understanding the needs of travel agents in Russia and new trends in the industry.
GDS Literate
Ability to work on their own
Extensive sales skills
Great leadership skills
Excellent peoples’ management skills
Strongnegotiating / influencing and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Good business acumen.
Flexible and able to make decisions fast
Fluent in English and Russian language
